We are looking for a Senior SAP MM Consultant to join the global SAP operational support organization. This role is primarily focused on SAP MM (Materials Management) with exposure to integrated manufacturing modules such as PP and QM.

The position supports global business users across procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes, ensuring smooth SAP operations within a complex automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

‍

SAP MM Functional Support

• Provide L2 support for SAP MM-related incidents, requests, and operational issues
• Support end-to-end business processes including:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP)
  • Demand-to-Supply (DTS)
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MM process and configuration issues
• Work closely with global business users, key users, and process owners

Configuration & Solution Design

• Analyze business requirements and incident reports
• Configure and customize SAP MM solutions based on operational needs
• Propose and implement process improvements and solution concepts
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with SAP teams across: PP, QM, SD, WM, PM, FICO
• Coordinate with regional and global IT teams
• Ensure alignment with enterprise SAP architecture and design standards

Documentation & Testing

• Document processes, configurations, and solutions
• Perform functional testing and validation
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and best practices

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in: Business Informatics, Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years of SAP experience in manufacturing/discrete industry environments
• Strong hands-on SAP MM configuration/customizing experience
• Experience in SAP support or application management roles
• Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

• Exposure to additional SAP modules: PP, QM, SD, WM, PM, FICO

• Automotive/Manufacturing industry experience
• ABAP debugging knowledge
• ITIL or structured service management exposure
• Workshop facilitation experience
