The technology team is responsible for building scalable, innovative fintech solutions with Ruby on Rails, that power global investment decisions.
As a Senior Developer, you will report to the Development Team Lead and work on the Asset Platform product.
As part of this team, you'll be joining our engineering team and it’s a unique opportunity for an experienced problem solver and technologist to leave their mark by tackling complex challenges daily and creating new solutions in a complex domain.
You'll be responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception and design to deployment, delivering high-quality and architecturally sound systems that address our business needs.
In this role you will:
- Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture, as well as APIs and integrations.
- Own features across the full software development life cycle from conception to deployment.
- Scale, monitor, and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, architecturally sound systems.
- Continuously deploy solutions used by the world's largest real estate investors.
- Participate in internal skill-building initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Contributors to your success:
- Extensive experience in software development (Preferable Ruby on Rails, but not limited to) and problem-solving.
- Same experience with Python/Go/Rust or other web development programming languages, and open to work with Ruby on Rails
- Strong skills in both client-side and server-side architecture.
- Proficiency in API design and implementation.
- Ability to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-growing environment.
