About the role

The ideal candidate will be involved in our complex projects to implement SAP S/4HANA Industry Solutions for Utilities (IS-U). Our customers are the leading companies in the Energy and Utilities industries both in Romania and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and analysis (As-IS and To-BE)
• Building the Business BluePrint
• Configuration and parametrization of the SAP System on the specific module/ area of the SAP IS-U system
• Testing and customer presentations
• Presales and Demo sessions to the customer
• Training the end-users
• Mentorship

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 3+ years' experience SAP IS-U
• 5+ years' experience in the business area
• SAP Certification is a plus (especially SAP IS-U)
• Strong organizational, critical thinking
• Attention to detail and good judgement
• Very patient and empathic
• Strong communication skills
• English speaking and writing
