For one of our clients, an international company specialized in renewable energy project development, we are recruiting a Financial Accountant.
The role involves managing day-to-day accounting operations and providing support in the process of internalizing accounting for several group entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and record current accounting transactions
• Process domestic and international payments
• Administer and monitor fixed assets
• Maintain accounts and associated master data
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for various group entities
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
• Provide support for VAT-related activities
• Act as a point of contact for financial analysis and external auditors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting (preferably in similar roles – Accountant, Financial Accountant)
• Good knowledge of Romanian accounting and tax legislation
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• English language: upper-intermediate to advanced level (for occasional communication with the international team)
• Solid MS Office skills; experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or SAGA is a plus
