For one of our clients, an international top company in the field of real estate services and property management, we are recruiting a Finance Specialist to manage the financial activities of an office building portfolio.

The role involves direct responsibility for a portfolio of properties and constant interaction with tenants and landlords, alongside the property management team. The right candidate will combine operational activities (invoicing, collections) with financial analysis and reporting to management.

Responsibilities:

·        Issuing invoices to tenants and monitoring collections and receivables status;

·        Registering and reviewing supplier invoices and maintaining accurate financial records;

·        Preparing monthly financial reports and analyzing costs and budgets;

·        Performing annual service charge reconciliation and calculating turnover rent (where applicable);

·        Ensuring direct communication with tenants and landlords and collaborating with the property management team;

·        Monitoring tenants’ bank guarantees and insurance policies;

·        Identifying and proposing cost optimization measures and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

·        University degree (Economics, Finance &Accounting, or related fields);

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in finance –controlling, financial reporting, or property finance;

·        Experience as a financial analyst is preferred;candidates with a strong accounting background or invoice specialists with growth potential are also considered;

·        Previous experience in real estate/property management is an advantage; open as well to candidates from industries such facility management, retail/mall management;

·        Advanced command of English (written and spoken);

·        Strong organizational, communication, and detail-orientation skills, with a results-driven mindset.
