About the Job

As an internal SAP QM Consultant in our L2 support team, your primary purpose is to provide expert-level support and resolution for SAP Quality Management (QM) module-related inquiries. You will collaborate with national and international internal customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient quality management processes across manufacturing operations.

The SAP QM Consultant works globally in cooperation and alignment with other SAP teams and reports to the IT Team Lead for Europe/Americas within the OneSAP/OTS SAP Global Operational Support organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

‍

• Independently handle and resolve inquiries related to SAP QM processes.
• Analyze incidents and customer requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP QM solutions.
• Collaborate closely with PP, MM, WM, and SD teams.
• Support integration between procurement, production, and quality processes.
• Document and test processes and functionalities.
• Promote continuous process improvements and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into SAP QM solutions.

Required Skills

‍

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP QM experience.
• Strong configuration/customizing experience within SAP QM.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably automotive.
• Experience supporting quality management processes.
• SAP support experience (L2/L3).
• Strong communication skills in English.
