About the Job

As an internal SAP PP Consultant in our L2 support team, your primary purpose is to provide expert-level support and resolution for SAP Production Planning (PP) module-related inquiries. You will collaborate with national and international internal customers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth production planning and manufacturing processes.

The SAP PP Consultant works globally in cooperation and alignment with other SAP teams and reports to the IT Team Lead for Europe/Americas within the OneSAP/OTS SAP Global Operational Support organization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

‍

• Independently handle and resolve inquiries from national and international users related to SAP PP processes.
• Support and optimize manufacturing and production planning processes
• Analyze customer requirements and incident reports.
• Configure and customize SAP PP solutions based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with MM, QM, WM, SD, and FI teams to ensure seamless end-to-end process support.
• Document and test processes and functionalities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into SAP PP solutions.

Required Skills

‍

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of SAP PP experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong SAP PP configuration/customizing experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and production processes.
• Experience working in SAP support environments (L2/L3).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to Have Skills

‍

• Knowledge of SAP MM, QM, WM, SD, or FICO.
• ABAP debugging knowledge.
• ITIL experience.
• Workshop facilitation experience.
