As the business continues to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Analytics Support Consultant with expertise in SAP BW.
Power BI, Tableau, and other leading BI tools are an advantage.
This role focuses on providing L1 & L2 support, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of analytics and business intelligence platforms.
Candidates with at least two years of experience in SAP BW, SAPBW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), who are interested in working in a diverse analytics environment are encouraged to apply.
A structured onboarding and training program will provide the technical and analytical knowledge needed to succeed in a fast-paced and evolving analytics landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer requests and incidents related to SAP BWservices and analytics tools.
- Triage and dispatch tickets to the appropriate teams whilecollaborating with second- and third-level support teams when required.
- Resolve support tickets for assigned services, escalate whennecessary, and ensure timely resolution.
- Data corrections in BI reports
- Identifying discrepancies between systems (e.g., differencesbetween data in Sales systems and BI; issues in the Customer Profitabilityarea)
- Monitoring process chains in SAP BW
- Verifying automated processes
- Maintaining system stability
- Analyzing authorization errors
- The role also includes an occasional testing component:testing for new applications and regression testing for existing applications(Tool used: Jira)
- Document and track solutions, contributing to knowledge basesand process documentation to support continuous improvement.
- Perform daily monitoring of SAP BW systems and front-endapplications to ensure smooth operation and early detection of issues.
- Support or take over development tasks within SAP implementation projects when required.
Requirements
- Experience with second-level support topics in SAP BW andanalytics environments, preferably involving SAP BW / BW4HANA, SAPAnalytics Cloud (SAC), SAP HANA, SAP Data Services
- Knowledge in areas such as data modeling, reporting, ETLprocesses, and query design is valued.
- User management knowledge (authorization concepts andadministration)
- Query design experience
- Ability to perform root-cause analysis for efficient issueresolution.
- Very good social skills, well organized and ready to facechallenges
- Collaborative & Independent Work: Ability to work bothcollaboratively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment,managing multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality work.
- Strong service mindset, with excellent communication skillsfor technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent spoken and written English required.
Nice to have
- Technical background in SAP BW customizing
- Experience with a ticketing tool is a plus.
- Basic ABAP know-how would be a plus.
