Location: Bucharest (Pipera – Head Office)
Reports to: Commercial Director, CEO, Operations Director
Team coordinated: 3–5 Sales Consultants

Role Objective

We are looking for a proactive, business-oriented Sales Manager to lead the commercial activity of a well-established real estate developer.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on team management and direct involvement in key sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for current projects and new launches.
  • Set and monitor monthly/quarterly sales targets for the team.
  • Track residential market trends in Bucharest and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Optimize unit sales in alignment with construction phases.
2. Team Leadership
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate a team of 3–5 sales consultants.
  • Provide daily support to ensure deal closure.
  • Personally handle key accounts, including viewings and negotiations.
3. Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports for the Board.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and performance metrics.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose corrective actions.
4. Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Finance to ensure smooth contracting and payment processes.

Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role (Sales Manager/Director) within a real estate development company.
  • Strong knowledge of Bucharest’s residential market.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership skills.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and disciplined.
  • Advanced user of CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
