Customer Relations Executive (FX Dealing Desk)

For a global FinTech company specializing in Financial Exchange, International Payments and Risk Management, we are recruiting a Customer Relationship Executive (FX Dealing Desk).

You will be a point of contact for some of their corporate clients, providing daily operational and trading assistance. You’ll have a combination of client-facing skill/experience, operational know-how and problem-solving abilities

You will act as an ambassador for the product and service at a customer-facing level.

About you:

• A passionate individual with a strong interest in client servicing
• Abel to manage live currency trade booking, banking information, figures and high value/volume payments and clients - accuracy of work is particularly key
• Comfortable helping clients identify issues preemptively (e.g. payment dates, banking data etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (Romanian fluency and English at a professional level)
• Sales skills / experience is a PLUS
• Strives in high pressure/pace environment
• Ability to excel within a busy client-facing environment with significant monthly workload peaks (previous experience preferred)
• Managing workload around tight time constraints
• Confidence in dealing directly with clients as an ambassador for the brand and product in terms of your service approach and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask/prioritize – working around the daily deadline

Role:

• You will be looking after a portfolio of 200-300 (~20-30/day) clients who will be trading online through our EBO platform
• You will have an understanding of clients business activities and FX needs and advise accordingly
• You will make sure clients have us as their main platform for trading and making payments internationally
• You will proactively present options and solutions for the clients, based on their need and business area
