For our client, a multinational company in the industrial manufacturing sector, we are recruiting a Senior Manager – Global Financial Consolidation.
The role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end global consolidation process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting for a complex, multi-entity structure. The position involves close collaboration with global functions such as Tax, FP&A, and External Reporting, as well as direct interaction with senior leadership.

The Senior Manager will oversee all aspects of the group’s financial consolidation activities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes. The role also includes driving process improvements, maintaining the global chart of accounts, ensuring compliance with applicable standards, and managing a geographically distributed finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual global financial consolidation processes.
- Review and validate financial data submitted by subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with Tax and FP&A teams on tax provisioning and planning activities.
- Support statutory and external reporting requirements.
- Maintain and update the global chart of accounts.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including ERP integration.
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with group policies.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals located in different regions.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation principles.
- Experience in a multinational, matrixed organization.
- Proficiency with SAP, HFM, or S/4HANA.
- Leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience managing remote teams across time zones.
- Previous Big 4 experience is considered an advantage.
