We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Cash & Carry Development Manager to lead this ambitious project from strategy to execution. If you thrive on building things from the ground up and want to shape a new growth direction, this is your chance.
What You’ll Do
- Design and roll out the Cash & Carry development strategy nationwide.
- Identify prime locations for new stores, considering market potential and customer needs.
- Manage the entire store launch process: layout design, infrastructure, logistics, suppliers, and staffing.
- Define and monitor sales, traffic, and profitability targets for the Cash & Carry business line.
- Recruit, develop, and motivate store management teams to ensure strong performance and customer satisfaction.
- Drive operational excellence, from product mix and stock management to in-store experience.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Logistics, and Procurement to ensure consistent execution and value for customers.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ proven experience in Cash & Carry or large-format retail development and management.
- Strong operational, commercial, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with the confidence to make bold, strategic decisions.
- Flexibility and availability to travel across the country.
