Our client is extending the SAP Team from Germany, in Bucharest.

You will be part of a driven and collaborative team that oversees B2B processes within SAP Retail, with a strong emphasis on the International Business segment—specifically the Brands and Export channels. Our team ensures seamless end-to-end process support, covering everything from order creation to delivery generation and integration with warehouse systems, including the management of forward deliveries and returns.

Each team member serves as the primary contact for a specific sales domain, taking full ownership of its technical configuration, business requirements, and ongoing process optimization. In this role, your primary focus will be on supporting operations related to international brands and export activities.

Responsibilities:

• Managing technical and business projects as a project manager
• Coordination and consultation with the business departments regarding B2B processes
• Designing, configuring, and implementing SAP solutions for B2B sales processes
• Analyzing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Developing and documenting solution designs and business requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration (Business and IT)
• Providing training and support to end-users
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Staying up-to-date on SAP developments and best practices

Requirement:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP consulting with a focus on B2B sales processes
• Proven experience in implementing SAP SD or SAP Retail, ideally with SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in project management (classic and agile) and SAP implementation methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and UI development
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and integration scenarios
• Familiarity with API management and integration
• Fluent English
• Basic knowledge of ABAP and ABAP O/O allows you to understand and debug our reports
